happy st. patrick’s (valentine’s) day!
We all wake up this morning and Charlie is quick to say ”Happy Valentine’s Day”! Umm…….close. 
And then as Claire is getting ready this morning while putting her green headband in her hair she decides that the color green just isn’t her color. I ask her why and she says she hasn’t been to Ireland and therefore isn’t Irish! Uh-oh, I thought– if Grandma would have heard that! I was quick to tell her that she is indeed Irish and that green is indeed her color! And little Will………..he is our little leprechaun! To go along with the Irish day tradition for not getting pinched Claire wore her green and white striped socks to school! Charlie decided he didn’t want to wear anything green and than asked if his green sleeping bag would count so he wouldn’t get pinched………again, so close. :) Take note of the green sleeping bag in the picture. And Will already had his green froggy boots on for the day……..they are his favorite things these days!
