Yes—Joel got the TV that he has been dreaming about.  The purchase was inevitable since our one and only TV has been on the fritz. Take note of how big 52″ really is when you put Will next to it.  When Claire shares the news with people I have noticed that she has picked up on my “unhappiness” with the purchase.  She’ll say “And my Mom thinks it is just way too big!  But my Dad—Ohhhhhh boy does he LOVE the new TV!!”  Like the title of this blog says—-pure guilt-ridden happiness!! (For Joel, that is)
